Fees and Registration
There are several booking options for “Bahar Bayram”. Please read the pricing schedule below and fill out the relevant on-line booking forms. Payment options are; cheque, money order, Pay Pal (credit card), and Direct Deposit (EFT). Once you have submitted your form follow the directions for payment details.
If you are posting a cheque or money order please make payment to BAMEDAM Inc. and post to P.O. Box 3158 , Warner QLD, 4500.
For options 1 and 2 you can secure your booking by sending a deposit of $80.00. Please note: To be eligible for the Early-bird price, the balance is due by 30 th August. Otherwise, the balance is due by October 14th, however it is greatly appreciated if all monies owing can be settled before this date as this helps us with our organising!
You don't need to book into individual workshops for options 1, 2 or 3. Options 3 and 4 are only open for bookings after the 30 th August when the detailed camp schedule is released with workshop days and times. Options 3 and 4 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
For your information, please also print out the “Welcome Pack” with details about how to get to Bornhoffen and what to bring. If you require the forms and information to be posted to you please contact us via email or phone 0416 270 107.
There is a carpool available to help arrange lifts to and from the camp. If you are flying, lifts are only available to and from Brisbane airport, not Coolangatta. If you need a lift or are able to provide a lift please fill out the details on the booking form and our secretary Margaret will contact you.
We will accept bookings up until the 14th of October if there are spaces available, but recommend booking early to avoid disappointment! Bookings are limited to the number we can accommodate at Camp Bornhoffen.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason “Bahar Bayram” is cancelled BAMEDAM will refund all monies paid, in full, by cheque or EFT to your account. If you cancel your booking prior to the camp we will refund the monies you have paid as follows:
- Canellation prior to 23 rd September 2009 , BAMEDAM will refund all monies via cheque or EFT.
- Cancellation after the 23rd September 2009 , BAMEDAM will retain $80.00 and refund balance by cheque or EFT.
- Cancellation after the 14 th October 2009 , BAMEDAM will retain $215.00 and refund balance by cheque or EFT.
In cases of extreme illness or other hardship resulting in cancellation by the participant, BAMEDAM is open to negotiating the refund policy.
“Bahar Bayram” is a non-profit event and any proceeds after expenses will go towards creating more wonderful camps and events in the future!
Camp Fees
1. Full Camp: The full camp is the best way to experience this great event and be part of the “Bahar Bayram” community!
(10.00 am Thursday 22nd October – 11.00 am Monday 26th October)
Includes: all meals (Thursday lunch – Monday Breakfast, plus morning/afternoon tea and late night supper), 4 nights accommodation, all workshops, concerts and activities.
For participants travelling a long distance there is the option of staying an additional night on Wednesday 21 st October. The cost for the extra night is $45.00 and includes dinner and breakfast.
Adult Full Camp
• Early-bird (pay in full by August 30th): $540.00
• Price after early-bird: $560.00
• BAMEDAM members: $520.00
Children Full Camp
• Under 5's: Free
• Kids (6 – 12 years): $260.00
• Youths (13 – 17 years): $340.00
2. Saturday Night Option
Commences 9.00am Saturday and finishes at the end of concerts Sunday night (approx. 11.00pm ). Includes: all workshops (Saturday and Sunday), Saturday night accommodation, 5 meals (Sat. lunch - Sun. dinner), morning/ afternoon tea and late night suppers, concerts and activities on Saturday and Sunday evenings. An additional night's accommodation can be purchased for $25.00 if you wish to stay Sunday night, and Monday breakfast costs $12.50 if required.

• Kids (6 – 12 years): $140.00
• Youths (13 – 17 years): $180.00
Day Tickets and Individual Workshops
Tickets are available for people wishing to attend “Bahar Bayram” for the day or to select individual workshops.

To avoid overcrowding in the workshops spaces for day participants are limited. To make your selection please refer to the Camp Program page and the Music Workshops and Dance Workshops pages.
3. Full day (available Friday, Saturday and Sunday only – does not include accommodation)
Includes: Choice of all workshops from 9.00am – 5.30pm , Lunch and Dinner and all evening concerts, Dances, Cabarets and activities

4. Book and pay for individual workshops @ $40.00 per session.

Please note: it is no longer possible to pay for meals and the evening concert separately as this requires too much additional administration for BAMEDAM. If you wish to join us for meals and the evening concert please purchase a Day Pass.
